OMS allows you to automatically price inventory items based on a particular customer type, by quantity, or by a special "reserved" price for the customer allowing great flexibility for wholesale businesses. The historical selling price inquiry allows you to view what the last selling price of an item was for that customer, or for all customers. You will receive a warning message if the selling price of an item is below your cost, if the customers credit limit is exceeded, if the customer has had any bounced checks, or if the shipping quantity is more than the in-stock quantity. The system automatically creates and tracks back orders when the shipping quantity exceeds in-stock levels.
OMS allows multiple page invoices and there is a Chain Store File to trace different shipping addresses on individual invoices. You may view or print shipping schedules, packing lists, shipping labels, UPS and RPS COD labels. Sales orders may be transferred to invoices quickly, effectively reducing input error and increasing productivity. Inventory in-stock quantities, cost of sales and accounts receivable are all updated automatically once an invoice is saved. You may search invoices by invoice number, invoice date, customer ID, or inventory item number. Authorized personnel may edit an invoice with proper security access levels.
