For more general merchandise and computer businesses, an individual inventory item may be sold separately or as part of a component or "kit" item. A digital image of your products may be "attached" to inventory records allowing you the ability to print or e-mail a color catalog for your customers. Your inventory is tracked by in-stock, sold, open sales order, back order, and open purchase order quantities for real-time visibility of your inventory position, for current and future needs. Item sales are charted by month and quarter over a three-year period.

On-screen you may view by style, color, and size your current and future inventory needs, giving you full visibility of your inventory position. You can see an estimate of your future shipping and receiving quantities for inventory ordering and market planing purposes.
