OMS allows you to search your customer records by ID, name, phone number, or zip code. You may view on-screen or print customer lists, mailing labels, and shipping labels for one, some, or all of your customers. Customer historical sales, sales charts, outstanding invoices, current balance and open orders are easily accessible directly from the customers file. The credit rating system monitors credit limits and bounced checks. You may save customer conversation records with the option to share them with other users or not. You may print the "call back list" from conversation records on a given date. Three years of customer sales history information is displayed by month and may be charted. You may limit sales representatives access to customer records in their own territory.
